An Exhibition is an organised showcase of a person or person’s creativity for public/private display.

Venues suitable for Exhibitions could be Art Galleries, Halls, Gymnasiums, Museums, Parks and Marinas. Depending on lighting, shelter, weather conditions, acoustics, financial conditions & many more elements that will display works the most effectively.

Media - Drawings, sculptures, audio, video,

Stakeholders – community, sponsors, staff, students, self.

Promotion – Television ads, Community Noticeboards, Banners, Tourism Brochures, Certain magazines pertaining to the exhibition,

Resources- acoustics, lighting, audio, video, famous, guests/public figures invites

Info: local magazines, websites, newsletters, local newspaper, local TV, local radio

Usually is it good to have sponsors to help fund the event. Banners inside the exhibition can be used. Security can be employed to guard works and crowds if necessary. Correct conditions should be created or enhanced for the location and type of exhibit.
